About Me
"Connections are the currency of the future — and I invest in people first."
Hi, I'm Andralynn Tan Wei Qing — a Singaporean currently based in Berlin, Germany, where I work as a Manager in Sales and Partnerships. My career has been shaped by a deep love for fintech, a relentless curiosity about how finance and technology intersect, and a genuine belief in the power of human connection.
The Beginning. My journey began in Singapore, where I first discovered fintech during my polytechnic years at Ngee Ann Polytechnic. I served as President of the school's FinTech club and became a Founding Vice President of the Singapore FinTech Youth Chapter (SFYC) — launching national-level events and industry programmes at the Singapore FinTech Festival when I was just 17. That early exposure shaped everything that came after.
The Foundation. While pursuing my Bachelor of Business Management at Singapore Management University (SMU), I joined Elevandi (now the Global Finance & Technology Network, established by MAS) as an intern. I completed a full rotation across Marketing, Partnerships, Business Development, and Content teams — each one teaching me something different about how ecosystems are built. Then came a 6-month internship posting in China, where I learned that fintech doesn't speak one language, and that the most powerful connections are built across borders.
The Leap. After graduating from SMU in December 2025, I made the bold move to Berlin — a city I chose for its vibrant fintech ecosystem, its position as a bridge between East and West, and its energy as one of Europe's most dynamic startup hubs. It wasn't a random choice. It was the natural next step for someone who believes that the future of finance is built by people who can think globally and act locally.
The Now. Today, I focus on building global corridors between Asia and Europe, connecting people, capital, and ideas across borders. I'm the person who can translate a policy shift in Singapore into an opportunity in Berlin. I'm the connector who remembers that behind every deal, every partnership, and every innovation is a human being worth investing in.
Beyond the Office. I'm passionate about running (I once hit a 4:58 min/km pace!), building community, and helping others navigate the world of fintech and finance. Because at the end of the day, the best networks are built by people who genuinely care about each other's success.
The Move
December 2025. Graduation cap barely off. Bags packed. Andralynn boarded a one-way flight from Singapore to Berlin — a city she had never lived in, in a country she was still learning to call home.
It wasn't a spontaneous decision. It was the culmination of years of intentional career-building — from the corridors of MAS and the global stages of the Singapore FinTech Festival, to cross-border postings in China and late-night conversations with fintech leaders from every corner of the world.
Berlin called because it sits at the intersection of everything she loves: a thriving European startup scene, a growing fintech ecosystem, and a city that rewards curiosity, ambition, and grit. As one of Europe's most dynamic hubs, Berlin is where the next chapter of her story is being written.
Today, she bridges Asia and Europe — bringing her deep roots in Singapore's MAS and GFTN ecosystem to the heart of the European fintech landscape, one partnership at a time.

My Network
My network isn't just a list of names; it's a living map of the global financial corridor. Over the last six years, I've intentionally built a 'tribe' that sits at the intersection of two worlds: the structured, high-stakes environment of central banking and the high-velocity world of fintech innovation.
This gives me a perspective that few have: I see the gaps between regulation and reality, and I know exactly who to call to bridge them.
